Of course you'll need to install MacFUSE first, then download MacFusion and install it as a normal application. the same setup stopped working right after i updated to os 10.

MacFusion stopped working on 10.6 after loading os in 64 bit mode, but that was fixed with that macfuse 2.1.9.
